BreatheAir

Our idea is to develop an App for smartphones which will allow people to quickly check pollution levels all over the city so they can be aware of the most dangerous zones so they can avoid them. The App would also show the levels in easy to understand graphics so people can check how harmful the air is, all this been done in real time and constantly updated by information gathered  through a sensor network installed all around the city. There would also be a lot of interactivity between the App and the people for it will allow them to make anonymous reports to the authorities and it will also show them tips about how to decrease the environmental impact of their everyday activities and how their health could be affected by the current air condition so they may abstain from going out.
